Shipping Policies
*We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or overseas. Please provide a street address within the contiguous US for delivery.
- Orders are shipped by Thompson Brands of Meriden, CT (M-R, 5:30-2:00 ET) via UPS and will typically arrive in 2-7 days depending on order date, final destination, and chosen shipping method. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday to insure uninterrupted delivery.
- Because our product is made from premium chocolate it will melt if exposed to elevated temperatures. As a result, we strongly recommend that orders be shipped using expedited shipping of 2 days or less.
- In an attempt to keep your costs lower, we offer Ground Shipping. However, this shipping method is only recommended for consumers who will be able to receive their product within 2 days (i.e. customers located in the following states: CT, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV). Consumers outside of these areas are able to select Ground Shipping, but you must understand that we can not insure product quality and will not be able to accept product returns in the event that the product melts.
- Orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are available by phone only, please call 1-800-648-4058 x134 (Note: freight rates and shipping times vary).
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the zip code to which the product is being sent based on current UPS rates. For your convenience, we do not add a handling charge to your order.
- Once you begin your checkout by clicking the "Add to Cart” button, you will be take to the Shopping Cart page. There you will find a blue box that asks for your Country and Zip/Postal Code, along with the type of address you want to ship to (residential, or business). Once you have entered that information, hit the "Recalculate" button. You will then be shown a dropdown box with the various shipping options and their prices.
- Sales tax will be added to all Connecticut orders.
In the past, we enjoyed offering our consumers free shipping specials. Unfortunately the rising costs of shipping have forced us to discontinue this service. We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your continued business.

Product Returns
Online Orders We truly believe you will love our products. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Service department at (1-800-648-4058 x134) before returning product. We are unable to offer credits or returns without prior approval from Customer Service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not responsible for damaged product due to mishandling during shipping or as the result of customers opting for shipping methods that take longer than 2 days. Returns can only be made on orders that were placed online in the past 30 days.
Retail Orders If you have purchased your Adora Calcium through a retailer and you are unhappy with the product, please return the unused portion directly to the store where it was purchased. Please note: if your Adora Calcium has taken on a whitish appearance, this is likely due to improper storage. Because Adora is made from premium chocolate it can not be exposed to elevated temperatures or it will “bloom.” The product is still perfectly fine to eat, but may not have the same creamy texture as when it was first produced.

Privacy Policy
We utilize your personal information strictly for order processing. We will never sell your e-mail address. From time to time we will e-mail you regarding Adora specials or the latest bone health news. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may quickly remove yourself from our mailing list by clicking on the “remove” or “opt out” link in the footer of the e-mail.
Using Discount Coupons
If we are currently offering a special promotion or you have been given a coupon code, please enter that code on the Shopping Cart page in the box where it says "Coupon code? Enter it here:" and then hit the "Apply" button. Coupons are subtracted from the total purchase price of your order before taxes and shipping. You will see the discount applied above the Order Total.
