"When I cut dairy from my diet & went to calcium supplements, I went to calcium carbonate & my normal severe PMS cramps lessened with each month until they were gone. When I went on calcium citrate, they returned with each month. When I went back to carbonate, they lessend again. "These things are ABSOLUTELY delicious! I cant even believe that there is any calcium in them let alone 500mg! they taste just like a chocolate candy. I sampled them at a health food store and the true test was when my 10yo extemely anti-vitamin daughter thought they were just candy I knew I finally found the most delic...ious vitamin ever! She is the one who needs calcium as she is allergic to dairy and does intense gymnastics and I struggle/battle to get enough in her. "My rheumatologist suggested this and i have been taking it for three years. They are delicious and I get my chocolate fix every day . I use the DARK!! Yummy! I could eat the whole bag it is so good!! It has the D and K which i need to. I take some additonal D3 at night. I have severe Osteoporosis from 30 years of stero...id use for my CHROHNS disease.!
